Validation of sterilization regularly as NBR / ISO 11134:2001.
Sterilization of all critical items as ANVISA DRC No. 8:2009.

Restriction of the use of materials contained and owned by third persons, sterilized in other hospitals. In surgeries performed at the Monte Klinikum Hospital the material is rendered entirely in Preparation Center of Material.

- Standardization of Peracetic Acid in chemical disinfection of high-level of the apparatus of diagnostic endoscopy, aimed at patient    safety, professional, and the environment.

Considering the processing of articles ofa a relevant activity to safe care, the direction of the Monte Klinikum Hospital invests in the personnel and acquisition of technology equipment and supplies for sterilization. Thus this is a service that represents a difference in the organization, a fact explained by the acquisition of GOLD Global Certification (1st Hospital in Brazil) in Integrated Solutions for Health certification from the monitoring of steam sterilization. These certifications are conferred by the 3M company of Brazil in a advanced proposal of Education in service for quality of care.
